Elanders is a proud partner of the WIN WIN Gothenburg Sustainability Award and delighted to announce this year's winners on the theme of "Inclusive Transition". The award recognizes the imperative for large-scale societal changes amidst the climate transition, and that it is paramount that this transformation remains equitable and just, avoiding disproportionate impacts on specific groups. This year, the Just Transition Centre is awarded the WIN WIN Award of 1 million SEK for their work in effectively ensuring that workers around the world are included in the important processes guiding the green transition. By facilitating processes that focus on social justice and environmental sustainability, they contribute to a transition that considers both human well-being and planetary boundaries. Natur og Ungdom, Norway's largest youth environmental organization, is awarded this year's WIN WIN Youth Award of 50,000 SEK for their cross-border collaboration with Norwegian oil workers to collectively chart the path for a green transition of industry in "The Ten Commandments for Green Industry". Through their collaboration, they provide a shining example of how, instead of giving in to destructive polarisation, we should promote respectful dialogue and create new alliances for a more sustainable future. The workshop held by the Rome Business School's Corporate Advisory Board on Sustainability, Energy and Csr was an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the world of sustainability, discovering a universe of valuable knowledge. The speakers' analysis showed that sustainability requires a holistic view, an interweaving of disciplines and unprecedented cooperation. Interdisciplinarity is the key to generating meaningful synergies and effective dialogue with institutions. The concept of integrating sustainability into the development of new business areas is interesting: this requires careful assessment of market trends and targeted investment in innovative technologies. This dual approach promotes not only the creation of competitive solutions, but also the reduction of environmental and social impact. By highlighting these issues, the CAB Workshop provides an opportunity to shape Rome Business School's programs to better reflect the changes and areas of focus in Sustainability. All the our Corporate Advisory Board's insights contribute us in shaping the best Master offers, helping us disconvering all the new trends, and the latests required from the job market in the sector.
