The 2024 edition of the Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration has been revealed by the International Bar Association, representing a notable advancement from the 2014 version. This update endeavors to contemporize the guidelines while upholding their fundamental principles. The German Arbitration Institute (DIS) is popular for domestic cases. However, the SCC enjoys a robust reputation and is frequently selected for international disputes, showcasing a growing reliance on international arbitration institutions.
