Doing so will make the process much more appealing, and you’ll notice how your confidence and sense of control will shine through. Working as self-employed or as a freelancer is not a simple task. It comes with the challenge of continually adapting to new teams and company cultures. However, one thing it teaches you is that every challenge offers a deeper understanding of yourself and your values. Remember to be a “chooser.”
