#TBT to last week at SXSW. It’s always a whirlwind of an experience, but one where I feel a genuine connection with the global community in tech and have an opportunity to absorb and contribute to a wealth of diverse and innovative ideas! Here are my top 3 takeaways from my weekend during the innovation track: 🌟 #SpatialComputing is finally having its well deserved moment: At Trigger XR, we're committed to the transformative power of spatial computing for advancing storytelling and authentic immersive experiences. The heightened focus on VR/AR/XR technologies at SXSW highlights the increased appreciation of the tech to create deep emotional connections and it's never been more exciting to be a part of this industry. I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight our amazing panel moderated by our CEO Jason Yim and featuring panelists Tian Pei and Matt Mullen who discussed how XR is enhancing fan engagement in sports, using platforms like Roblox for interactive experiences and PGA TOUR's integration of live data to enrich the viewing experience. They emphasized the role of XR in connecting with global audiences and the potential for future growth using #Quest and #AppleVisionPro for more immersive sports experiences. 🌟 #AI is ubiquitous and irreversible: The discussions that resonated most with me around AI at SXSW emphasized the importance of balancing innovation with ethical responsibility. The emphasis on inclusive and culturally sensitive AI algorithms struck me as particularly profound, heralding a shift towards more equitable tech practices. The call for clear accountability and transparency in AI systems was a consistent theme. Whether you’re a doomsdayer or a dreamer (or both, like me!), AI's influence on our industry is here to stay, offering transformative opportunities for businesses and creatives in the XR space to innovate responsibly and inclusively. 🌟 Empowerment in unity: As a working mom in tech, SXSW has always been incredibly empowering for me. It provides a space to connect and support one another, sharing knowledge, experiences and growth. This network has been invaluable in helping me balance motherhood with my career, pushing boundaries and fueling innovation in my personal and professional life. Special shout out to the amazing crew I was able reconnect with at Chief and The Female Quotient and Brand Innovators too! Another one for the books...see you next year!
Congrats on what looks like another amazing SXSW! 🙌
Ahh I can't believe I missed you there!

9moKristin Glushon great to see you and Jason Yim and team at SXSW, and couldnt agree more on the 'red thread' not only of #AI ubiquity but as well the urgent need for the ethical application. Amazing as always !
