The first term was a whirlwind of learning, growth, challenges, and new experiences! (Who knew this night owl would transform into an early bird?) From challenging coursework to insightful projects, every moment has been a stepping stone toward my goal. It’s been about learning the power of collaboration, gaining invaluable insights from industry leaders, and navigating the transition from theoretical pre-reads to dynamic live projects and intense schedules. These months were a blend of fierce competition, lasting friendships, and countless late-night sessions fueled by pizza and energy drinks. This year, I also had the opportunity to step into the corporate world through my internship placement. It offered me a unique perspective on the practical application of my studies and significantly contributed to my professional development. I have opted for a major in Marketing and a minor in Operations, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of both fields. My passion for digital marketing has been a driving force throughout my studies, and I am eager to delve deeper into this dynamic and ever-evolving domain. Despite the stress and sleepless nights, this journey has been about continuous improvement, adaptability, and growth. The 𝐓𝐰𝐨-𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Where 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲! The MBA journey is often glamorized as a two-year vacation a break from the grind of the working world. But for those who have walked this path, the reality is far from a carefree experience. It’s a relentless exercise in existential angst, a rollercoaster of emotions that keeps you on edge from start to finish. As someone who has just completed a summer internship at Deepwoods Green and is currently in the 4th trimester of the program, I’ve lived through this journey firsthand. When I first got into the MBA program, I thought the hardest part was over. Little did I know that the real challenges were just beginning. The recruiting process was an emotional rollercoaster, filled with uncertainty and pressure. Every step felt like a test one where the stakes were incredibly high. Landing an internship was supposed to be the light at the end of the tunnel, but instead, it became another source of stress. The entire summer was an ongoing ride, filled with moments of Challenges and Learnings . Now, as I continue with my MBA, I can finally breathe a little easier, but the unpredictability of this journey has left a lasting impact. For those just starting or in the midst of their MBA, it’s important to know that this experience is anything but a smooth ride. It’s a grind that demands resilience, adaptability, and a strong support system. So, while the MBA journey may have its moments of excitement and discovery, it’s essential to recognize the challenges that come with it. The uncertainty, the constant pressure, and the relentless pace make it a true test of one’s character. Embrace the journey for what it is unpredictable, challenging, and ultimately, a transformative experience that will shape your future in ways you can’t yet imagine. . . . The biggest risk I took this year wasn't in the stock market, it was in "myself".😊 When I started my MBA journey, like many others, I was flooded with advice. "Focus on the grades." "Build your network." "Land that internship." While all these things are important, there's one lesson no one prepared me for — *the power of stepping outside my comfort zone*.💯 From hosting national conferences to diving into finance internships at top firms, I realized that every "yes" to new opportunities was a vote of confidence in my growth. 💫 But here's the twist: it's not about being fearless, it's about embracing fear and using it as a tool for learning.😉 Growth doesn’t happen in the safe zones. It happens when you are uncertain but curious, challenged but determined. So here's my message to anyone reading this: 😊 If you’ve been playing it safe, it’s time to bet on yourself. The best investment you’ll ever make isn't in stocks or bonds, but in your courage to take on the unknown.😇 What's one challenge you've said "yes" to recently? Let's share and grow together! 💬✨ #GrowthMindset #MBAJourney #CareerGrowth #Inspiration #TakeTheLeap

Seven years ago today, I kicked off my university journey (time flies!). Looking back, here’s my biggest takeaway 👇🏽 There’s way too much pressure to have your entire career mapped out from day one. Truth is, you don’t need to know exactly where your degree will take you, and that’s okay. I chose to study a broad degree in business and marketing because I knew it would give me room to explore different paths. My best advice? Do as many placements and internships as you can. They’re a great way to figure out what you love - and what you don’t. I spent every summer working at different companies, and each experience helped shape my direction. Fast forward to today… I now work in Product Marketing at OneAdvanced, and I genuinely love what I do. To anyone starting university this month… Embrace every moment, jump on every opportunity, and don’t stress if your path takes unexpected turns. You’ll land exactly where you’re meant to be! #selfreflection #university #careerjourney

Amidst the ‘Red Walls of Contradictions’ where limits do not count! I still remember the day I stepped into business school, eager to trade theory for practice. Almost 1.5 years flew by in a whirlwind of late-night group projects, grueling exams, transformative summer internships, and leadership roles that tested my mettle. My MBA journey began with a reality check: I wasn't the smartest person in the room. But I was determined to learn from everyone. Classmates from diverse backgrounds and industries broadened my perspective, challenging my assumptions and fueling my curiosity. As a member of the highly coveted Admissions Team, I faced a new challenge: delivering results under pressure. With the stakes at their highest, I learned to: - Manage conflicting priorities - Motivate teams towards a common goal - Make tough decisions with limited information - Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders But it was my Summer Internship that pushed me to my limits. Thrown into unknown places, surrounded by alien faces, I had: - No clear direction or guidance - No one to share my struggles or successes - No roadmap to success - Hundreds of diverse individuals to meet and learn from daily - Constantly adapting to new realities, challenges, and expectations It was tough. I felt stuck, lost, and uncertain. But in that chaos, I discovered: - Resilience: Bouncing back from setbacks and failures - Adaptability: Navigating uncertainty and ambiguity - Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing team dynamics - Decisiveness: Weighing options and making informed choices Through this journey, I delivered and implemented solutions that added long-term value to the organization. The sense of pride and accomplishment was overwhelming. Networking events turned into meaningful connections. I met professionals who shared their stories, failures, and successes. Their experiences became my lessons, shaping my leadership style and values. Through it all, I learned that: Maturity isn't measured by seniority; it's forged through experience. Growth happens outside comfort zones. Diversity is the greatest teacher. Resilience is the ultimate differentiator. My MBA journey hasn’t just been about academics; it has been a transformation. I discovered my potential, honed my skills, crafted my own recipe of surviving and thriving against all odds. #MBALife #LeadershipDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalNetworking #Resilience #SelfAwareness #DiversityMatters #BusinessEducation #MaturityMatters #TransformativeJourney #StudentLeadership #CharacterBuilding #SummerInternship #ChallengingExperiences
