What does it mean when a nuclear reactor is in a critical state? (a) The reactor is producing less neutrons than it loses. (b) The reactor is unable to sustain a chain reaction. (c) The energy output of a reactor is low as compared to input. (d) The number of neutrons produced equals the number lost.

INDEED COMMENDABLE. - 11 Big Wins for Nuclear Energy in 2024 - 5 Nuclear Energy Stories to Watch in 2025 Congratulations to the TEAM HOW About.! U.S. being the Global Nuclear Leader with 94 Successfully Operation Reactors, instead of NO* Nuclear Unit Under-construction (among Top 10 Global Countries) * Excluding Natrium Reactor- unique Design Demonstration Suggest we SHOULD - START Ordering NEW Reactors to Fill the "Empty" Pipeline. (1) Low-Hanging Fruit : Ready/Proven Generation III+ Reactor-AP1000. Suggest utilizing many Advantanges/Benefits from the Successfully Operating Vogtle 3&4. (further suggest stay away from past practice of using "Custom-built/Owner Preferences and follow Standardization; Replication; Duplication Concepts) (2) Upcoming : Seemingly "game-changing" SMRs (At least 5 Leading Suppliers in the U.S.) #DATABASE(1970-2024)

Enjoying the AI tools you're reluctantly or unknowingly becoming more reliant upon each day? Take a few minutes and contemplate how much computing power and thus electricity is needed for AI to give you those minutes back. Multiply that energy demand by the global population using the same apps. Where is that energy going to come from at night and when the wind isn't blowing?

Did you know? 🌍⚡ Nuclear reactors operate using the Rankine cycle, a thermodynamic process that efficiently converts heat into electricity. In a reactor, nuclear fission generates immense heat, which turns water into steam. This steam drives a turbine, producing clean, reliable power. Afterward, the steam is condensed and the cycle repeats! This process helps power the world with minimal carbon emissions. #CleanEnergy #NuclearPower #RankineCycle #Sustainability
