#LME told me one thing that once you learnt then the designation is waste even many years. your company asks you to move middle management and upper management as a simple play for you to understand what is going on outside. if you do not understand CXO you becomes a micro manager in the begining inside CXO. chasing the objectives vs chasing the people to work done. #HR Your boss promotes you for six months or three months to experience training. #engineeringManager

WHY EMPLOYERS FAILED IN THEIR PROJECTS ? BECAUSE THEY SEE EXECUTION IS AN ORDINARY TASK ..IN FACT IT IS THE DISCIPLINE OF GETTING THINGS DONE .. THEN WHY PEOPLE DONT GET IT? If execution is so important why is it so neglected? To be sure people in buisness aren’t totally oblivious about it .But what they are mostly aware of is its absence. They know deep down something is missing when they don’t get decesion made .They search and struggles for an answers ?looking for the answers in the organisation structures or processes or culture but they rarely apprehend the underlying lesson because execution hasn’t yet been recognised or taught as discipline .They literally don’t know what they are looking for?! WHY THE RIGHT PEOPLE ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT JOBS Commonsense tells us the right people have to be in the right jobs Yet so often they’re not.what accounts for the miss matches every day?The leaders may not know enough about the people they are appointing ?they may pick people whom they are comfortable with rather than whom they have better skills for the jobs. They may not have the courage to discriminate strong and weak performers?and take the necessary actions.. Further can be retrieved from

What employees from the pharaohs down to modern TQM managers have been primarily concerned about is not how to tailor a job so as to bring out the best in the workers, but rather how to get the most out of them. ….All too often, the job fails to provide clear goals, adequate feedback, a balance of challenges and skills, a sense of control, and a flexible use of time.
