Bolt launched in the Klang Valley as its entry point in Malaysia. However, most people are more familiar with Kuala Lumpur city than the Klang Valley, so here are some quick facts about the Klang Valley; • Named after the Klang River, which flows through the region and into the Straits of Melaka. • A thriving population of over 9 million, contributing the highest GDP per capita in Malaysia. • Home to KLIA, the nation’s largest airport, serving approximately 47 million passengers annually. • Includes Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya, combining the capital city, administrative hub, and surrounding areas into one economic powerhouse.
