VP Sales @ Pareto USA | Driving Sales Growth

Meet Katie from Pareto USA 👋 ***Not to be confused with Sara from Pareto Katie is two months into her SDR role and overachieving. She wouldn't mind me sharing though that the last week and half was tough for getting meetings on the calendar. Katie controls the controllable - perseverance, positive attitude and hard work. The result? Two meetings booked via cold call on 1st May 📞 Let's goooo! There are ups and downs in sales but it's how you handle those tough times that define your success. Well done Katie. What is your NUMBER ONE tip to handle the tough times in sales? 🤔 The number one tip that Katie votes for, we will send you a Pret A Manger voucher sponsored by Sara - tune in next week to find out.... #sales #NYC #SDR

Even if the work being put in right now isn’t leading to automatic wins, eventually a flood of success will come! Sales is all a numbers game and eventually the hours put in during the tough times will result in a ton of wins! Just can’t let the tough times mentally beat you up

Perseverance, positivity, and hard work are definitely key to success in sales. My number one tip for handling tough times in sales is to stay curious and keep learning. Ask questions, seek feedback, and be open to new ideas. This will help you adapt and improve, even in challenging situations.

Do the activity to control what you can! At the end of the day it’s a numbers game, have actionable items you can track every day to make you feel better. Also, a some music and a little dance party with coworkers or alone can help🎶!!!
