Reflecting on the past year, I am deeply thankful for life. A few months ago, I came close to losing mine, but by God’s grace, I was spared. This has reminded me of the countless blessings, even amidst the hardships, trials, sickness, and the loss of loved ones. Despite how the year has been, we made it, which means God has a greater plan for us. As you step into 2025, don’t dwell on what you lost or didn’t accomplish in 2024. Instead, give yourself grace and remember that all things are possible with God. Let’s carry forward hope, faith, and determination, trusting that brighter days are ahead. As we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025, we at KW Advanced Consulting want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your trust and support throughout the past year. Together, we’ve accomplished so much, and we’re excited to continue growing and achieving even greater things with you in the year ahead. May this New Year bring fresh opportunities, continued success, and countless moments of joy and fulfilment for you and your loved ones. Let’s make 2025 a year of innovation, progress, and shared success! From all of us at KW Advanced Consulting, Happy New Year! 🎉✨ Warmest wishes, Keisha Wilson

Celebrating my 35th birthday today! Here’s to another year filled with lessons, smiles, and so much more. Cheers! 🥂 6/6/89 Reflecting on some key lessons I’ve learned over the years: 1. Compound Growth: Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Small, consistent efforts lead to significant improvements over time. 2. Relationships: True connections are built on how we show up for each other. It’s the quality of our presence that matters most. 3. Embracing Discomfort: Growth often happens outside our comfort zones. It’s okay not to have all the answers. 4. Faith: Trust that there’s a greater plan at work. God didn’t bring us this far just to leave us here. 5. Gratitude: Be thankful for the past, but even more grateful for the present moment. Why do we see what we do not have, and forget to be grateful for what we have? Gratitude is not limited to material possessions. There is so much more to be grateful for. When last have you looked at a sunrise or sunset, and say thank you for the ability to see? Or when you hear the birds singing, are you grateful, or do you take it for granted? Even when we have nothing of material value, we may have our five senses; we may be able to move around, exercise; we may have food and water… Look at what you have, rather than what you lack. What are you grateful for? Gratitude (appreciation) is the fourth step in the CAPA Model.

As I approach my birthday in early May, I find myself reflecting on 8 lessons I've learned and continue to learn. Here are a few that have been particularly meaningful to me: 1. Choose your company wisely and be mindful of who you allow into your life. 2. Prioritize self-care for both your body and mind. Remember that taking care of yourself is essential in helping others. 3. It's okay to ask for help and seek comfort in the embrace of others. 4. Remain humble and thankful for your successes, and always remember the reasons why you started on your journey. 5. Embrace life's challenges and constantly strive to grow and improve. Each new level brings new obstacles, and it's important to approach them with an open mind. 6. Take the time to nurture your inner child and do things that bring joy to your younger self. 7. Focus on creating new memories and experiences instead of dwelling on the past. 8. Use your skills and talents to serve others and find meaning in the impact you have on those around you. I am grateful for all the love and support I have received, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and share in the years to come. Thank you for being a part of my journey.

Why is it so easy to complain? We often find ourselves dwelling on what’s missing — the opportunities we didn’t get, the things we couldn’t afford, or the plans that didn’t work out. But have you ever stopped to think: What about the blessings you already have? As I spend this first day of the year in comfort, enjoying what feels like a fresh start I can’t ignore the fact that somewhere, someone doesn’t even have a roof over their head. While we celebrate, someone else is struggling just to survive. Isn’t it strange how we overlook the simple things — a safe place to sleep, food on the table, or even the chance to dream? When did we last feel truly thankful for these small yet significant blessings? This year, let’s shift our mindset. Instead of focusing on what’s lacking, let’s embrace gratitude for everything we’ve been given. And even more, let’s think about how we can make a difference for those who aren’t as fortunate. What are you grateful for today? Let’s make this year count — not just for us, but for those who need hope the most. 💙
