At Telenor Towers, we are fortunate to have colleagues in Sweden (Telenor Towers Sweden), Finland (DNA Towers), and Norway (Telenor Towers Norway). We have asked some of them some questions both about themselves as private individuals, and work-related. Today let's introduce you to the Big Boss himself in Finland – Antti 👇 1. Personal facts: Antti Koskinen – age 45, wife and a total of 5 kids 🫶 2. When did you join Towers? August 2021. I wanted to expand and narrow my responsibilities at the same time, and DNA Tower CEO seemed like a great opportunity to do that. To be a CEO of a company (expansion) and have a specific range of business as a responsibility (narrowing). 3. Describe yourself in one word: "Doer". I like to accomplish things and finish what I have started. Pushing things forward, anchoring, planning, implementing, challenging, all those things are doing and that gives me joy 😀 4. What’s the most fun you have had during your time in DNA Towers? Daily with the team, the thrive and the ideas that are popping up, and the ability to develop the ideas further and then the enjoyment of being a part of the implementation as well. The creativity and problem solving in different ways make the work fun 👏 5. Describe your team in one word: Flourishing 🌻 I would like to think that I am the one making things possible for the ones that flourish and shine in their own expertise. 6. What’s your favorite artist: I like metal covers of popular songs, so I have to say Tommy Vext. Strong vocals and music are a bit heavy, which complies nicely with my mentality. Also listening to this kind of music reliefs stress and makes you forget work issues 7. Favorite sports activity: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling 🤼♂️ I have been practicing and competing a bit. It takes my mind out of work, and it is intriguing to try to balance and affect the other one to gain benefit. 8. Last night, I had the opportunity to attend the Taylor Swift concert in Hamburg with my family. While it was a terrific night filled with music, joy, and unforgettable memories, it also prompted me to reflect on some valuable lessons that resonate deeply with our work at Umovity and the management of businesses generally: 🎶1. The Power of Connection: Taylor’s ability to connect with her audience through her music is unmatched. It reminded me of the importance of building genuine relationships in our workplace and with our customers! Strong connections foster collaboration, creativity, and a sense of belonging—key ingredients for our success. 🎤2. The Value of Preparation: Behind every flawless performance is countless hours of preparation and practice. This reinforces the significance of planning and resilience in our global #ITS projects. 🎼3. Embrace Change and Evolution: Taylor’s evolution as an artist shows us the importance of embracing change. In an ever-evolving business landscape, we must remain adaptable, innovative, and open to new ideas to stay ahead - specifically important in the ever changing #ITS world. 🎹4. Community and Support: The sense of community at the concert, with 50.000 „Swifties“ singing along on to „Shake it off“ gave me goosebumps. Just as fans uplift their idols, companys should always strive to support and empower customers in their endeavors - and so do we across PTV Group and Econolite. At Umovity, we have already implemented these lessons into our work culture and we continously working on improving and creating an environment that inspires collaboration, celebrates growth, and values every team member's contribution. Are you a Eurovision fan? This year is Eurovision’s 50th birthday and 50 years since ABBA won. I was just 1 day old when they were crowned winners, so can’t say I remember it! I am not a Eurovision fan particularly (I liked it better when everyone sang in their own languages rather than English - much more fun that way). And, perhaps, I preferred it when it was a little less serious. It’s the kind of thing I’ll watch if I'm around, but not make a huge deal about. But, I AM an ABBA fan 😁 - photos are of me having the time of my life at the Abba Voyage in London! The thing is I was more of an ABBA fan when they weren’t so cool, before everyone started to love them again. For example, I don’t like Dancing Queen that much. I like quite a few of the obscure album tracks. Something I have noticed about myself in general is that if something is a “thing”, is very cool or if everyone is doing it, I am more likely to go and do something else. It’s not a conscious act, but perhaps a growing fear of increasing homogeny. Which is interesting considering what I do for a living - bringing people together, to help them collaborate, to help them reach agreement and to help them work better together as a team. But it’s not actually always about liking the same thing, or even agreeing with everything. And certainly not making people all have to fit their opinions to meet those of the masses. It’s about helping people to work together to create something that has space for everyone to be comfortable enough to work together. For things to be good enough, and to accept and embrace the differences rather than expecting everyone to be the same. I will always keep an eye out for those that don’t like Dancing Queen. It’s okay not to like a specific song even if everyone else does, and it’s okay to say you don’t. It’s also okay to dislike ABBA. (I think) #Eurovision #Abba #JewellFacilitation

🌟 It was a great honor for me to be selected for the Deutsche Telekom VTI Talent Program last year and to be part of the amazing CX and product team. What made this experience truly special is that product mindset was the common language we all spoke. 🤔 What does Product Mindset mean to me? Here are a few key points: 🔍 Explore: Always start by understanding the user's problem/goal — not our own. Understand who the user is and what their needs are. Map the stakeholders involved. Dive into the user journey to uncover insights. 🛠️ Create: Design a concept that solves the problem. Build prototypes (whether it's a UI prototype or another form). 📊 Test: Test the solution with real users, preferably using the prototype. If the concept is validated, it's time to refine or develop it further. I’ve really enjoyed sharing product design principles, mindset, and techniques with others. Also when we all speak the language of product design things are so straightforward. HOLI for me is always special, whether or not I play with colours. Today i thought to pen my feelings for my favourite festival. As I take its name, the mind visualizes vibrant colors which express. Expression of #Joy, #Vitality and Art of Life. Life full of richness, not materialistic but of new exposure and diversity. Not being stuck to comfort and in a situation over number of years but moving ahead from mind and soul to an abundance just as the multitude of colours Holi holds. As a woman of today, it pushes us to bring energy, #dynamism and creativity to our roles at work, at home and in society. It's time to lead with example encouraging others to challenge their limits. Holi inspires me to be open to change and transformation as an agent of change. Break barriers, challenge norms, and pave the way for better future. It's time to unite diverse voices and perspectives, forstering #inclusivity and #solidarity so that each voice is heard, and none is crushed in fear of being rejected or ignored. Holding the pillars of #empathy, #compassion and care, we need to create an environment for ourselves and all around to not just thrive but #succeed. Life needs to be enriched and not just lived, and that happens from within. It comes from within when we express and let it happen to others. Holi I also consider as a #metaphor for becoming a better #human. We can choose the colour of #compassion, have a spirit of #forgiveness, celebrate the unity, breath a joyful air of generosity, welcome the renewal which can help us grow with #humanvalues fulfilling us thoroughly. How attractive it is to hold a #mutualrespect in #diversity of opinions just like the festival unfolds its creativity in valuing everyone without prejudice. The mess we become in all colours, that we are often not able to recognise ourselves, but still it adds to the fun and so as in the midst of life's messiness, despite the apparent chaos and discord of life's circumstances, Holi serves as a poignant reminder that there exists an underlying #Hope and #resilience. It helps you to welcome the #wisdom #solace and embrace the full spectrum of human experience. And how can I miss to mention that Holi for me carries with it a profound depth of emotion, transcending mere words to evoke an instinctive #smile, regardless of one's current state of mind. It's not just a festival; it's a timeless celebration of the human spirit no matter how the situation is. It pauses the mind to feel the joy called life. A thought for Holi invokes a sense of warmth, nostalgia, and an unspoken promise of new beginning. It's a #beacon of light amid life's uncertainties, a reminder that amidst chaos, there exists a sanctuary of laughter and togetherness. Hence Holi resides as an eternal flame of hope, kindling smiles that illuminate even the darkest of days, reminding us that joy is not merely a fleeting emotion but a timeless essence that resides within us all.
