What's up y'all? It's your girl Doctor Kyle wanting nonprofit attorney checking in for your lawsuit with the day and your law. Tip of the day has to do with physical sponsors. Did you know that as a nonprofit organization, you can have a fiscal sponsor that helps you make your organization run smoothly? But if you have this, you must make sure that you have a memorandum of understanding that lays out all of the implications that you guys have for your legal responsibility. If you are a fiscal sponsor, you may become responsible for taxes or finances and making sure that the funds you're providing to that organization.
