Yesterday I shared this automation where we drag and drop a Google Doc into a specific Google Drive and that triggers this automation which uses AI to edit or refine the copy. And it got me thinking, what about when the copies are published? So what I'd really like to do is collect all of my published posts in a single doc so that I can then use this to train to get a communication and style guide for the way that I write. So I've put together this quick little. Automation. Once the Google doc is dropped into the published folder, it will extract the content of that and then insert it into a document which I've called all published LinkedIn posts. And overtime this should grow and be firstly a great resource that I can check all my posts in one place but also used to train III to help edit my copy in the way that I like. So let's give it a go, I'm going to turn it on here and we're going to take a document. Is I I I the most accessible technology? I think it is. I'm a drag and drop that into publish and this should start this automation. It's already finished and let's check it out and here it is. We've got my document and start. I get it to add a couple breaks and those lines so that I know that the next one is a new document. So this is a useful automation to keep all of my published docs in one central document without manually having to copy and paste that and that's what automations are for repetitive tasks that.
