2024 was another fruitful year for ClinChoice in terms of #acquisition of new offices. First it was in Gyumri (Armenia): see my post of 26-Apr-2024: https://lnkd.in/eb-75e2t And now in Horsham (PA, USA)! With the emergence of the “New Normal” in 2020, many companies quickly closed their offices and switched to a fully remote work model. However, time showed that the so-called “hybrid work model” is optimal. Employees should have a comfortable and enjoyable place to come and work together. They should be able to work from the office whenever and as much as they want and need. The hybrid work model has several advantages: + Enhanced Flexibility + Increased Productivity + Cost Savings + Improved Employee Satisfaction + Improved Mental and Physical Health I'm curious to know what other "pluses" you've noticed while working in hybrid mode?

A true testament to Houston Metro and Houston Public Works collaborative effort to improve public safety and at the same time replace aging infrastructure! As Metro's contractor preparing to mobilize to commence full-depth concrete panel repair and asphalt overlay work along 1 mile long busy Westheimer Road from IH 610 Loop to Wesleyan Street, HPW lined up multiple on-call water main contractors to minimize Metro’s project delays. In response, InduSri delivered sealed and signed final waterline design drawings within a month, enabling the water main contractors to commence work promptly and heavily involved on a daily basis during the construction. Both River Oaks District (home to luxury brands, fine dining, art galleries, luxury apartments and the pedestrian environment) and Highland Village (a landmark high-end shopping district) are located along this stretch of Westheimer Road. What's the best way to overcome inevitable construction challenges? Start by executing proper due diligence on the front end to identify any potential problems and then devise viable plans to manage every scenario. This is our strategy for every project regardless of size, but it is especially beneficial when tackling a ground-up build like the one we recently completed for North Easton Savings Bank in Plymouth, MA. In addition to maintaining a smooth construction schedule during the difficult winter months, this project also presented some unique challenges related to the site's existing utility infrastructure. Without an accessible power source our field team had to rely exclusively on generators to perform a good portion of their work. Through intensive coordination efforts we overcame this obstacle and reached all of our deadlines with minimal disruption. We also spent a good deal of time preparing for some interior challenges that we anticipated during the design process. Due to their size, the heavy timber trusses featured in the bank's main lobby had to be erected inside the building, work that could only take place after all of the interior finishes (i.e. flooring, millwork, paint, etc.) were complete. By maintaining open communication with our partners and taking preliminary measures to address these challenges our team has completed yet another large scale project with seamless execution. The project, designed by Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. Architects is part of the broader Sterling Master Plan, and comprises a 31-storey mixed-use #condominium and low-rise #commercial and live/work buildings. This #development involves Blocks 5B and 5C on the south side of Sterling Road and Perth Avenue. A Site Plan approval application from May 30, 2024 proposed a 39-storey tower standing 130m tall with 477 #residential units. On June 25, 2024, however, a combined Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application saw a reduction in these numbers for the latest iteration of the proposal.
