I don’t usually post much on LinkedIn but I am so overjoyed with immense gratitude to be at this amazing company. Here is a photo dump and some highlights from Aledade's recent retreat in Chicago 🌇 Key Takeaways: 🛟 CHC’s play an important aspect in improving quality of life which gave me a new perspective on value-based care. 📋 Pinpointing the core issue in business is key. Once identified, solutions can be implemented to solve it, prevent its recurrence, and adopt proactive measures, like analyzing data and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 🌟 Inclusion is vital for fostering diverse and supportive environments. What we can all do to promote inclusion is by listening, being open-minded, challenging biases, and advocating for inclusivity. A colleague told me that during his team meetings he would make weekly goals to speak up more. We can’t create an inclusive work environment if we don’t speak up for ourselves. My personal tidbit- Every once and a while here at Aledade, Inc. I’m sparked with a feeling that I’m on the right side of healthcare. From hearing Aledade’s origin story by Farzad Mostashari, seeing the results with my own eyes on how it’s impacted independent primary care physicians, to listening to the testimonials of people who benefits from their doctors who are within our network has been really enlightening. Wirral based Blüm Health is a one-stop-shop Digital Health delivery partner. Offering services from roadmap planning and clinical regulatory support, to AI implementation, product design, development, and deployment, Blüm work with public and private sector organisations across the UK and internationally. Blüm currently operates across the UK and US and are being supported by the Department for Business and Trade in delivering their value overseas, including being featured on their 'Go Global' showcase and taking part in several trade missions.
