At IPT, we are continuously looking for new ways to utilize SampleStream Technology to automate more steps in sample preparation. Here is another workflow building block - disulfide reduction - performed within the flow cell. Now, you can run an intact and reduced experiment from the same vial in back-to-back runs just by selecting a different method in your run list.
Take a look at our latest application note on in-channel reduction! By concentrating and buffer exchanging the sample before adding a reducing agent and chaotrope, you can achieve fast and consistent disulfide reduction. This method allows for multiple sample preps from a single vial, enabling more analyses with less sample volume and keeping you and your team off the bench.

Welcome to the next generation in automatable protein/AAV stability. I am super excited to be a part of this game changing launch! For those of you working in stability, the ability to get your melting temps, temps of aggregation, and sizing in an automatable high throughput way has been a challenge. The Aunty solves all that, with the first of its kind QUARTZ 96-well plate! Take a look at the video below, and let me know what you think in the comments.
Looking to tackle high-throughput stability screening of your proteins? Then scope the video below to learn how Aunty rules protein stability characterization by combining full spectrum fluorescence, static light scattering, and dynamic light scattering to help you zip through thermal, colloidal, and long term stability experiments in no time. Just load up 8 μL of up to 96 samples per run and you're ready to crown your winning candidates faster than ever before. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gYSbdx29
