Do we direct creative specialists, artists, photographers, film directors? I think it would be closer to say, we equip them. We create and deliver a brief and choose a professional with the right identity, style and experience to make it theirs. We trust in their craft, their skill and their artistry. We stand back, unimposing and un-restraining. We’re inspired when witnessing different minds bring fresh POV’s to a challenge. What we had in mind originally, may not be how it concludes. It will be beyond that — and we'll have gained untapped perspective on what can work for the right reasons. So explore limits, open doors to new interpretations of your own visions and discover something, different, better and even more effective. #trustintheprocess #progressalways -- Ryze UK will soon be exploring something new as part of a special series in collaboration with some of the most talented people in their field—TBA. -- Image: As a non-surfer I still can’t help but be drawn by the whole concept and have always been fascinated. The expression of freedom and exploration seemed the perfect fit.

‘ULDTOPIA’, a new 20:00 film by https://genskin.dk – in this clip Morten Lehmann shares his brilliant insights into the change that will come, in one way or another. clothing made from natural wool fibers should play a key role in transforming the textile industry toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. at the forefront of this movement is the danish wool mill, Det Vilde Spinderi, crafting high-quality pieces from locally sourced wool. this short documentary showcases the untapped potential of wool as a sustainable solution, hopefully inspiring lawmakers and other influential actors within the textile industry to drive meaningful change. cast: Pia Heike Johansen, Morten Lehmann, Linda Nyvang, Nis Kongsgaard, Jo Lynge, Henriette Bo Andersen, Kasper Ledet Hansen, Langebjerggård cinematography, art direction, production, editing: genskin creative studio supported by: Landdistriktspuljen, Det Vilde Spinderi find the full 20:00 film on our website: https://lnkd.in/gCWgDdNu

To use an analogy from photography / film; a product launch is like a #snapshot but innovation is like a #movie. The single pic shows a point in time and while it may be artistic, well crafted, even groundbreaking, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁. And of course you can have several of these great shots. But, trust me, that really doesn’t tell the whole story or lead to sustained success. What does? #Innovation. Yes, that buzz word. But. Real innovation. Building innovation into an organization is much more like producing and directing a full length feature film. It’s a series of pictures strung together that communicates a narrative. There’s a clear theme, a moral even where you clearly see #culture, #ideology, #approach. Where you get a sense of the past and the future and how it all fits together and makes sense. Successfully innovative organizations repeatedly (but not necessarily consecutively) produce multiple hits. That’s also where the action is and where the most talented creators want to hang their hat. How do you produce a hit then? 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼. Where you don’t just think about the moment, about getting a great shot, about delivering excellence at one point in time. Yes, you need to do that of course. Of course. But you need to be focused on the essence of innovation which is future-focused. Which is all about discovering the future and acting on it before it happens. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳. It’s a cultural and operational story that you tell, that needs to be produced, nurtured, repeated, delivered, understood. Once you get the #innovation flywheel started, once you have a hit, or two, you start to gain momentum. Your employees, your leaders (and your customers!) change their view of you. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂. #discoverthefuture

The Magic of Set 🎬 There's a certain energy that fills the air when you step onto a film set — an electrifying blend of anticipation, creativity, and collaboration. Recently, I had the privilege of being on set and shooting a portraits with a number of various creatives working in the entertainment industry , and it all reminded me why I fell in love with filmmaking in the first place. From the hustle and bustle of the crew, to the conversations with talent, every moment on set is a testament to the power of teamwork and dedication. Whether it's problem-solving on the fly or making people that arent normally in front of a camera feel at ease, there's an undeniable sense of camaraderie that brings everyone together in pursuit of a common goal. But perhaps the most rewarding aspect of being on set is witnessing the magic unfold before your eyes. It's seeing the images come to life And it isn't just about solely making photos or a film; it's about creating an experience — one that challenges, inspires, and leaves an indelible mark on everyone involved. To all my fellow photographers, filmmakers and creatives: cherish every moment on set, for it's where dreams become reality and magic comes to life. #Photolife #OnSet #Filmmaking #BehindTheScenes #Creativity #Teamwork #GLAskewII
