February 2024 📊 ☀️ As if to keep pace with the coming of longer and brighter days, the real estate market continues to slowly gather steam as we head toward the traditionally strong Spring Market. 📈 With 251 homes sold, marking a 36% increase from January, and a 23% rise in sales, the market showed a notable uptick. Homes spent less time on the market, down to 60 days from January's 76. Despite a 43% surge in listings compared to last year, sales remained steady. The median sale price settled at $562,500, reflecting a 12% dip from January and a 15% decrease from February 2023.
