We at Conlear are excited to share some interesting statistics regarding our progress. Since the launch of our website on July 1st this year, we have been sharing insights through book summaries and blogs on contemporary management topics. Last week, we decided to take a closer look at how our content is performing out there in the digital world, and I’m thrilled to share some exciting progress. 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 3.5 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙨, 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙩 𝙖 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 550 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 150+ 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙨. The page views have crossed 5K+ What has been even more encouraging is that these unique visitors have spent over 10+ minutes on our site. The bounce rate has also dropped significantly. This tells us that we are on the right track, but it also means that the bar has now been raised— we are committed to work harder to deliver a high-quality curated content that keeps you coming back for more!! I am also pleased to share that we’ve published seven case studies so far, primarily focused on Strategy and Marketing. We continue to add to our collection. In this digital era, leadership in EdTech goes beyond merely managing technology—it's about inspiring people. A human-centric approach focuses on adapting digital tools to individual learning needs while fostering an environment rich in feedback. This strategy ensures that technology enhances rather than replaces the crucial human element in learning. Technology strengthens connections, keeping the human spirit at the core of digital initiatives. Leadership in digital learning means prioritizing people and their individual learning journeys. Let's lead with empathy and innovation. #EdTechLeadership #DigitalLearning #PeopleFirst #Ergodemy

Great session at Venture Café Cambridge and CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) for Mass Technology Leadership Council's panel discussion on The Power of Mentorship as part of their #techrunsboston series. Christopher Hughes hosted the event which focused on the importance of finding the correct mentor. The panel, moderated by Emily G., Software Engineer at Capital One included Anil Persaud; Associate Director, Systems & Analytics at Northeastern University Igor Bratslaver; Founder of SpringUp Mateo Chaney-Martínez , Head of Partnerships at Harvard St. Commons Ryan Graham, Account Executive at CarGurus Some of the takeaways from the discussion included how to ask for mentorship and the difference between a mentor and a coach. Ultimately if one is looking for a mentor, it will be incumbent for that person to seek it out. Finding mentorship will mean finding someone who is interested in you. Some points made by the panel toward steps you can take to find a mentor included: ➡ Not everyone is meant to be a mentor ➡ It’s a relationship, trust your gut. ➡ Treat it like a board of advisors. ➡ You can have more than one. When choosing a mentor ➡ Talk to a lot of people ➡ Ask a lot of questions ➡ Try to be specific about what you want to learn, such as a skill set. ➡ Look for a giver ➡ Shared values/chemistry A lot of good perspectives from the panel in the value of mentorship with some actionable advice for those seeking it out. Kudos to MassTLC for putting together a great event.

Navigating the startup landscape can be daunting, but with the right mentor, it becomes a journey of immense growth and opportunity. Having been both a mentor and a mentee, I cannot overstate the value of this relationship in our ecosystems. A great mentor does more than share knowledge—they ignite curiosity and inspire us to surpass our boundaries. They help us see the bigger picture and encourage us to tackle challenges with confidence. This is why I believe in creating connections that foster this exchange of wisdom and experience. Embrace the power of mentorship. It's a pivotal force that propels both personal and professional growth, enriching our entire startup ecosystem with shared success and innovation. Committing to mentorship can transform challenges into opportunities for all involved, fostering an environment where innovation thrives. Continue to grow, lead, and inspire. #Leadership #Innovation #Growth

I traded in my whistle for dual monitors 🤓 A few years ago, I thought I’d be in education forever. But God had other plans, and in 2021, I made the leap from my teacher/coach role unto the world of fast-paced tech startups. Turns out, all those years of helping student-athletes hit goals and building relationships gave me a leg up in customer success. My background in education has become my super power—allowing me to lead with empathy, tackle difficult conversations, and help others win. Life can unfold in ways that you never imagined if you’re willing to take some calculated risk. If you’re thinking about taking that risk and switching things up, let’s connect! #CustomerSuccess #FromEdToTech #Leadership #CareerTransition
