Rustin is passionate about further expanding our services at Lakeview Hospital so we can continue to offer best in class care to our growing and changing community. His enthusiasm for our mission is evident, and we’re excited to see the positive impact he will bring to our special Lakeview culture and operations. Just wrapped up a couple of days spent on site with Rapid Fire & Security team up in Glasgow, one of our first partners in the UK! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 We spent time running through general training on key aspects of their business i.e. reporting, stock control etc, and really delved deep into their workflows —from how their engineers carry out their work in the field to how the office team review & prepare paperwork before closing down jobs. We identified some key steps that, once implemented, will help them optimise the way they work even more. It was really inspiring to see how dedicated Gavin and his team are to growth and getting the most out of Uptick. I’m looking forward to seeing what you achieve over the next 12 months, and I'm excited to be on this journey with you 📈

Had a great time yesterday delivering a session at our Repairs Leadership team meeting! ⭐ It was a follow up from our last meeting where they shared what additional support they needed from the People team. My presentation was around - this is what you said, and this is what we're going to do to support you! I also gave the team a scenario to talk through based on a situation they might face as people managers. It was a great opportunity for everyone to share their knowledge and ideas on how to approach and resolve people issues. Getting feedback from our stakeholders is key to making sure we can continuously improve and provide the best service to our internal customers. Always learning, always evolving!💡
