Business Development Manager Vasek - Unoccupied Direct Property Insurance - Solicitors/Executors/POA and COP transferring risk so you can deal with the important issues/tasks. All views/opinions are mine
Thanks, Nick and Mike for covering the event for me. If any of the delegates at the event want more information, it would be great to organize a follow-up meeting to discuss the benefits of using our services to protect and preserve estates. Unoccupied Direct Property Insurance can benefit you by providing specialized coverage for properties that are temporarily/long-term vacant. This ensures protection against risks such as vandalism, theft, or damage from environmental factors, which are more prevalent in unoccupied properties. This is particularly relevant to your role as a solicitor, as it helps you offer comprehensive solutions to clients dealing with unoccupied properties when they need help the most.#estateplanning#wealthmanagement#financialplanning

Two #pickleball player rating systems have come to the forefront now that #USAPickleball have phased out their UTPR system.
Instead, they've partnered with UTR Sports, a newcomer to pickleball with a lauded history in tennis. UTR will manage ratings for USAP-sanctioned events, tournaments, leagues, and recreational activities.
This news comes just a week after #DUPR, the other prevalent rating system, announced a similar partnership with UPA (the newly formed entity overseeing the #PPATour and #MajorLeaguePickleball).
It is good to see USAP ripping the band aid off and making a decision to go with something other than UTPR. However, it feels like we are in for another battle with UPA siding with DUPR and now USAP choosing to go with UTR.

This great series really exemplifies what I mean when I talk about rugby people.
It is so much more than the game, it's about the people, the spirit, the belonging.
Please give it a watch and see the impact rugby people can make.

When then Senator Kamala Harris asked then Supreme Court nominee Bret Kavanaugh, "Can you think of any laws that give government the power to make decisions about the male body?" The following one-minute exchange catapulted Kamala, the then junior senator, into the national spotlight...
The question was so profound! So eye-opening! Truly no clear answer was given by the nominee. He could not respond with any examples of any laws on the physiology of the male body. And no one I heard from personally, professionally, in media, etc. could think of any either. Either women or men...
I sat with that question for a few days...
We must be a nation of laws, but there is a clear inequity here, and we strive for everyone to be equal under the law. The inequity: the majority of those who determine the laws, in all three branches of government are men. And in the broad scope of laws around 'Womens Reproductive Health', men have decided and are deciding these laws...
So, in short, I concluded equity justice would be if solely the women justices of the SCOTUS decided the laws around 'Womens Reproductive Health' for their fellow sisterhood in the citizenry...
