But let’s be honest—it’s so much more than that. Throughout my career, I’ve worn countless hats 👒 and tackled projects far beyond what most people imagine when they hear "Executive Assistant." Here’s a glimpse of what I’ve accomplished alongside my EA responsibilities: ✅️ Negotiated office leases and managed office relocations, including transitions from serviced spaces to leased offices. ✅️ Scoped, implemented, and rolled out a global travel platform, ensuring adoption across teams. ✅️ Built a procurement department from scratch, driving efficiency and cost savings. ✅️ Supported high-stakes decision-making while juggling a complex calendar and inbox for the CEO. 🤫 But here’s the part no one talks about: Being an EA also means navigating difficult personalities and handling unbelievable requests—some of which are shocking 😲. You become a master of diplomacy, quick thinking, and staying calm under pressure 🧘♀️ (okay, maybe not all the time...)
