Do trucking companies just not read rate cons or what? I couldn't have been more clear what the expectations were for the load and each time we've had a carrier go to pick this load up they are dumbfounded on what exactly they are doing. IF YOU SIGN SOMETHING YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR.
