I completely agree! Acknowledging an unhealthy relationship with alcohol and identifying your triggers is a crucial step toward becoming alcohol-free. Understanding what prompts you to drink allows you to address underlying issues and develop strategies to manage cravings and avoid situations that lead to drinking.
