A movable vacuum bar removes the front label at a time and transfers it to the rotating glue roller, which moistens the label with glue. The label is then transferred to a vacuum drum, which then applies the label to the top of the egg carton. In the ZrvSelflabeller2024 self-adhesive labelling station, the labels are attached to a roll and are separated from the backing film at the dispensing edge. Rotating brushes and rollers attached to the side also press the labels onto the side walls of the egg carton. The labelling stations can be installed separately on existing production lines or as a complete line concept. The integration of egg carton (de)stackers is also possible without any problems.
