Excited to speak about how Materiality is Strategy at the Sustainability Hub Norway (S-HUB) today! Great forum for picking up new thoughts and ideas on a more sustainable tomorrow.  It was great to represent Stratsys and be part of a panel with Andreas Friis, Hanne Thornam, Mai Lawson Oldgard, Ulrich Penitz, Linn Hege Aune and Alice Kalro, and understanding their perspectives. Some of my takeaways: ✔️Although regulations like #CSRD might be seen as an administrative burden I believe it drives real impact. It is really designed to make an actual impact for how companies run their businesses, so embrace it and use it to make actions happen. ⤴️ Companies who haven’t integrated sustainability into their strategy are already in trouble, but they are getting fewer. Progress IS happening and getting leadership and the board onboard is not the struggle it used to be. 💡 Really inspiring to hear about other insights and models, like triple materiality. 🙌 Collaboration is the key to success! Very inspiring talks about circularity and co-working initiatives. Thanks to Sustainability Hub Norway (S-HUB) for a great event!

I'm thrilled to share this video from NanFung Group, celebrating their efforts in sustainability, which I had the pleasure of working on as a motion designer. After focusing on product design for the past three years, I've rediscovered my passion for motion design through this project. My experience in product design has provided me with invaluable transferable skills, including: 1. Understanding the needs of users (or in this case, audiences), simplifying complex information, and transforming it into engaging, visually compelling content. 2. Creating discussion guides alongside my deliverables at different stages, helps frame our conversations more effectively. 3. Embracing revisions as part of the creative process—feedback isn’t the end of the world. Stakeholders are often inspired by the design, sparking new ideas that fuel a collaborative and iterative process. For those who are newly connected, in addition to being a product designer, I am also a motion designer open to collaboration. I'm excited to explore new opportunities and eager to collaborate on upcoming projects.
