𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 📽️ We are still buzzing about our most recent 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, hosted with our customer STAS Trailers at their offices back in May. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: bring together Manual.to users to share their experiences, exchange best practices and contribute insights to help improve the overall user experience. This time, attendees were given an exclusive tour of the STAS production area. They saw firsthand how Manual.to is fully embedded into their daily operations and how we contributed in their journey to becoming a #FactoryOfTheFuture. After the production walk, Lander Van Parys (STAS Trailers) & Farrukh Ali (Tosca) shared their learnings with Manual.to. To recap their key tips: 😊 Effectively using 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗷𝗶𝘀 in work instructions – and be consistent. 📝 The importance of 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. 💡Get people on board by explaining the 𝘄𝗵𝘆 behind your decision! In 1989 we had the Ulbrich Revolution. Its purpose? To elevate Ulbrich to new standards so that we could compete in a growing world. The Ulbrich Revolution led us to our original 4 tenets. However, as we reached 2024, CEO/Chairman Chris Ulbrich felt our 100th anniversary was a perfect milestone to take a fresh look at the tenants and bring some items up to date. Today we present - The Ulbrich Way. Our Purpose, Our Core Tenets, & Our Strategy. A tenet is defined as a belief system, a set of principles, or a philosophy. Our tenets encompass the shared values we live by and work on every day. They help align our company with what is truly important. I have been at Enfuse Group for 2 years now and that time has flown. It has been an interesting journey going from industry to consultancy but I have enjoyed the process and love working for a brilliant company like Enfuse.   The thing I am most proud of in this time is running our Project Management Fundamentals training. I've enjoyed being able to share my years of Project Management experience with others knowing the issues that most project managers face.
