https://lnkd.in/eExjMn_R Here's a fantastic summary of what members feel they get from The Alternative Board (TAB). If I was to pick out just one statistic it would be the 87% of members who say their leadership skills have improved since joining TAB. Leadership in itself is the biggest single factor affecting the performance of a business, so to have that many members who feel increasingly competent is tremendous news for them and their people. As for the other results ... take your pick. NPS at 73 is world class. 82% of members get great value from coaching sessions (music to my ears!) Sales growth is 60% higher than similar sized businesses. But what's it like to be a member of TAB? Well, look at some of the words our members have chosen... Challenge, Support, Accountability, Safe Space and Fun. If you'd like to know more about what TAB could offer you and your business, drop me a message.
