I have zero tolerance for redundancy 😖 If it were up to me, I just want: - no emails, check the task ticket please - no meetups, message me please But in reality, that means juggling: - Notion - Google Docs/Sheets - Slack - Trello - Google Meet/Zoom - Many more... It feels like we trade one chaos for another chaos instead! To handle different brand acceleration projects simultaneously, I work with a remote team of freelancers and agencies working around the clock. It's a good strategy right? Except keeping track of everything across these tools has been...maddening! Let alone to stay on the same page! Last month, I came across Lark on my LinkedIn feed - an all-in-one platform that streamlines all coordination needs in one. Intrigued to see if it helps, I downloaded it to try. I'm not going to lie; it took us a few days to get used to it when we first switched. But once we got the hang of it, it felt liberating. No naggy follow ups yay 3) Faster alignment: Docs, Translations, Wiki, OKR everything right there for quick context gain.
