Our first photonic chip we developed for the AMBER project, on which we are working together with Spectrik and Innoflex, excels in detecting ammonia levels at sub-PPM (parts per million) through precise excitation methods. 📈 Continuing the collaboration, VTEC and Spectrik are in the process of creating a second photonic chip with even broader applications. Our latest project focuses on the detection aspect, generating high-frequency RF signals that are versatile enough to detect a variety of gases, not just ammonia. This advancement involves creating a beat signal between sensing and referencing beams, paving the way for multi-gas detection with different excitation lasers.
