On Human Rights Day, we recognize that healthcare is a human right. We celebrate the community health workers who help patients living in the world's most rural, remote, and vulnerable communities access that right--and we call on leaders and funders to invest in the community-led primary care that can make #HealthForAll a reality.

Public trust in health institutions has been declining, raising critical questions about the root causes. Historical betrayals left lasting scars on communities. Mixed messaging during crises, such as shifting guidelines on masks during COVID-19, created confusion. Political interference has further blurred the line between science and agendas. But distrust isn’t inevitable—it’s a challenge to address. Transparency, accountability, and community engagement are essential to rebuilding trust and strengthening public health efforts. What do you think health institutions can do to restore trust? 👉 Dive deeper into the blog here: https://lnkd.in/gt3gp4PC #PublicHealth #Trust #HealthInstitutions #Transparency #CommunityEngagement
