Aerotech is joining SPIE Photonics West on Jan-28th~30th, in this demonstration, Aerotech showcased three different technologies at once, 1) the new state-of-the-art Photonics Alignment algorithm - AeroAlign, which allows the systems to search for peak power quickly 2) 3 DOF Linear motor alignment stage, this allows nanometer step size with large stroke for coarse-fine alignment 3) miniature hexapod-HEX150-125, this is the highest performing hexapod at its class, allows sub-micron step size and extremely stable motion once the alignment is achieved.
