The AI-BMS-on-chip increases battery capacity by 10% and extends battery life by 25% by accurately monitoring the battery's State of Health (#SoH) and State of Charge (#SoC). Syntiant's NDP120 Neural Decision Processor analyzes battery performance in real-time, using predictive diagnostics to enhance #safety and optimize #efficiency. This system integrates seamlessly into existing BMS applications in both #commercial and consumer #electronics, eliminating connectivity and latency issues. The AI-BMS-on-chip is particularly beneficial for the #EV industry, extending battery range and longevity, which can save consumers money and reduce the risk of battery failures. Typical lithium-ion batteries, which usually degrade after 500-1,000 charge cycles, could see their #lifespan extended to 625-1,250 cycles with this #technology. Similarly, LiFePO4 batteries, common in off-grid and RV applications, could increase from 5,000 to over 6,250 charge cycles.
