The 9th Annual Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) Board Leaders Convening came to a close last Saturday! This is my final Convening serving as LCDA Board Chair. It has been an absolute honor and privilege to serve this community of exceptional director leaders. Elizabeth Oliver-Farrow it has been a pleasure to serve with you and to observe true leadership. You managed through some delicate situations with grace and directness. We are fortunate to have someone like Ozzie (Oswaldo) Gromada Meza at the helm! Thanks to my fellow directors as well.
