Zonte starts follow-up drill program on the K6 target on the Cross Hills Copper Project and Grants Stock Options. July 8,2024 TSXV: ZON Zonte is pleased to announce that drilling at the K6 target on the Cross Hills Copper project has commenced. Zonte completed a drill program on the K6 target in late 2023 with the results released on Feb 28, 2024. That drill program was the first on the project since 2020. Since then, the Company has conducted additional multi-faceted exploration to aid in better understanding the mineralizing system. The Fall 2023 K6 drilling demonstrated that the integration of the new exploration data with the initial datasets has provided a better understanding of the mineralizing system. All drill holes from the Fall 2023 program intersected copper mineralization with 11.2m averaging 0.42% Cu in the deepest drill hole, suggesting possible increasing grades with depth. The Summer 2024 drilling program aims to test extensions of this mineralization along strike and to depth. A plan map of the Fall 2023 drill program is provided below. The Cross Hills Copper Project is an IOCG system with 12 identified targets across its 25 km extent, K6 being the smallest. These targets are defined by coincident geological, geophysical, and geochemical data. Depending on the results from the current phase of K6 drilling, further drilling will continue at K6, and additional targets will be prepared for drilling using the same advanced exploration methods that led to the copper discovery at K6. Many targets have undergone advanced exploration and can be quickly advanced to the drill stage. Additional information on the Cross Hills Copper Project can be found at https://lnkd.in/ewqfyvcG

ASX-listed WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1) has delivered encouraging results from its ongoing beneficiation testwork at the West Arunta Project, further solidifying its ambitions in the high-grade niobium space. The latest results underscore the project's potential, as locked cycle tests achieved a niobium concentrate grading 50% Nb₂O₅ with a recovery rate of 58%. These results, derived from three diamond drill holes over a 400-metre strike in the northeast zone of the Luni deposit, highlight the company’s progress in refining its two-stage flotation regime. This achievement mirrors earlier single-hole results, cementing confidence in the scalability and consistency of the beneficiation process. Niobium, a critical mineral used in steel alloys and emerging technologies, has limited global producers. WA1’s Managing Director, Paul Savich, lauded the locked cycle test results: "Achieving high-grade niobium concentrate with low impurities and strong recovery characteristics is an excellent outcome at this stage of our development. These results provide confidence for ongoing pre-development workstreams." The test used a conventional niobium processing flowsheet, which includes initial desliming followed by a two-stage flotation process. This generated a clean, high-grade concentrate with characteristics comparable to global industry standards. The company now plans to delve deeper into optimisation, focusing on grade-recovery trade-offs and other beneficiation techniques. High #neodymium ratios and an exploration target of 175 to 245 million tonnes of #RareEarthElement (REE) mineralisation have demonstrated the high potential of the Grønnedal prospect for Eclipse Metals Limited (ASX:EPM), as part of the company’s Ivigtût Project in Greenland. Proactive’s Tylah Tully has #JustTheFacts on the company’s extensive HyperXRF review of historical drill core, which confirmed the presence of extensive, deep-seated REE mineralisation over a 3-kilometre by 800-metre target zone. The company says its Grønnedal prospect ranks competitively with global REE projects in terms of magnet rare earth content – the project already holds a mineral resource of 1.18 million tonnes at 6,859 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxide (TREO) and 2,385 ppm magnet rare earth oxide (MREO). EMP Metals has commenced its two-well lithium drilling and testing program in the Viewfield area of Southeast Saskatchewan. Highlights: ⚒️ Two well drilling program. ⚒️ The program begins with a vertical well, '8-24,' and is designed to gather critical data on pressure, flow rate, and fluid composition. ⚒️ Building on Canada's highest lithium concentrations recorded in brine to-date, up to 237 mg/L at the Viewfield 2-22 well, this program will help determine brine parameters. ⚒️ The second well, '4-23,' is a one-mile horizontal well to confirm pressures, deliverability, and depletion of target reservoir zones. ⚒️ This data will inform the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) study, advancing EMP's lithium exploration efforts.
