🙌 FOODIE FRIDAY TIME!! 🤩 This week's recipe is all about boosting brain power and energy. 💪 If you are feeling sluggish and might need an iron boost and protein boost, this is the meal for you. Lamb is a great source of iron as are green vegetables. Drizzle a bit of lemon over the top and the Vitamin C will help you absorb the iron even more! Delicious, light and easy to prepare.
