However, knowing which KPIs to track is crucial. We must align analytics with strategic goals to ensure we measure metrics that drive real value. 📊 Data Driven Culture: Easier access to data and the capability to interpret & visualize the information provides more transparency and helps promote accountability to key KPIs.
