There it is. Wow. One of the most important pieces of input I get about how good or bad of a job we're doing at Zoom Info is directly from the customers. And I remember a little over a year ago I started seeing an increased amount of our customers complaining about our international data. My team were really struggling with contact data for AMIA and APAC, cell phone numbers, e-mail sometimes was having a direct impact on the performance of my team. It's been something that's very difficult to get a hold of, so I went on LinkedIn. And posted that I'd like to see an improvement in international data from Zoominfo. Our customers were relying on us for this data to grow their businesses and they were right, we were letting them down. So we decided we were going to invest real dollars in real resources to improve our international data asset. And over time, we started seeing international data get better. We had doubled the coverage, then we tripled the coverage and we could have stopped there, but I knew we could do more. I kept thinking about these comments on social, so we kept pushing and pushing. Until we got to six acts, the coverage, quality and depth that we had before we started that international initiative. But there was something missing. Those customers who gave me their feedback that improve this product for all of our customers didn't even know they had a hand in it. I was not expecting anything to happen after that comment I made. So what did we do? I showed up with billboards in their backyards in their neighborhood. I appreciate being hurt. I would never would have thought my comment would be found and put up like that. Getting a response directly from the CEO of Zoom Info makes me feel like my opinion as a customer really matters, and that the success of my team matters to Zoom Info. I wanted to make sure that they knew that customer feedback is how we've grown Zoom Info and it's how we've built the best product for our customers. Seeing the changes that Zoom Infos made, the features they've added, it's like. You guys haven't stopped improving. Not only did we listen to our customers, but by listening to them, we were able to deliver to all of our customers, all of our users, a much improved experience around international data that is helping them hit their number every single day. And as long as we continue to do that, I know that the future for Zoom Info and our customers is incredibly bright.
