Texas's AG is taking on a major insurance company, accusing it of conspiring to collect and sell device data without owners' consent. Greg Ewing of Dickinson Wright, a Washington, D.C., cyber security and technology lawyer, told reporter Emily Cousins it's likely other insurance providers could face similar litigation.
