Change Management: Ensuring approved change control processes are followed is crucial. You'll prepare and obtain approval for change documents and update project plans accordingly. Cost & Schedule Quality: Maintaining accurate project cost forecasts, schedules, and baseline integrity is vital. You'll reconcile financial systems with project controls and monitor reports for accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll interface with various teams like Finance, Station Work Control, and resource providers to ensure project plans and controls are aligned. Business Planning & Purchase Order Analysis: Setting up and maintaining project control budgets, analyzing annual business plans, and monitoring purchase orders are part of your responsibilities. Closeout Phase: Supporting the project's financial closeout process and finalizing project controls and source systems are your contributions during this phase. Continuous Improvement: You'll assist in enhancing project management office (PMO) processes and project control information systems. Qualifications Experience with project controls principles like scoping, risk management, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. Experience supporting project management within a nuclear, hydroelectric, or thermal generating facility. Familiarity with engineering and construction management concepts and methods.
