The second goal of the "Our Endeavors for Youth and Development" Foundation is to promote leadership and community participation, and this goal is essential in empowering young men and women to take on greater responsibilities in their communities and contribute effectively to achieving sustainable development. This goal focuses on building the capacities of young people to become influential leaders and active participants in community and local decision-making. This goal includes several key areas: Developing leadership skills, activating the role of youth in local governance, and holding conferences and workshops on community leadership. Through these efforts, the "Masa'ina" Foundation works to empower young men and women to become active leaders in their communities, capable of bringing about positive change and promoting sustainable community development. Leadership for women often involves isolation, as the journey to the top, despite its achievements and accolades, can be solitary. Many women leaders struggle without the camaraderie of peers. This loneliness can be alleviated through a mentor's support, providing guidance, wisdom, solidarity, and understanding. A mentor serves as a sounding board, source of encouragement, and reminder that no one is truly alone, transforming the leadership experience from solitude to shared growth and continuous learning. This resonates deeply with those who understand the nuanced journey of leadership.

Our collective job in this era of AI is to design systems that can prepare our young to outpace the changes around them with emotional balance, mental efficacy and full physical dominion to they can make the changes we simple seem to just talk about.
