April marks the start of spring, but also Q2 and of course the new financial year for many organisations, so it's a good time to take stock of where we are on our leadership journeys, and how we might work on our goals in the coming months. Reflection and goal-setting might seem like an unproductive use of time but that couldn't be further from the truth. Setting an intention about how we want to show up, what we want to improve on, and where we want to be in a few months' time helps us to focus on our priorities and reset the direction of travel. #intelligentleadership #behaviouralexcellence #leadeq #emotionalintelligence
