The journey of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools is one filled with challenges, opportunities, unexpected turns but most importantly the will to do more for our various communities we serve. The current National President, Samira Jibir PhD is pushing for excellent service delivery with great collaborations with relevant Stakeholders. This retreat is one in many to position the leadership to deliver on their mission. Board chair Meridith Elliott Powell, CSP, CPAE, provided a masterclass in this crucial leadership function at today's closing session at #Influence, the National Speakers Association annual convention. Meridith didn't simply recognize the NSA staff as a whole; as you can see here, she went down the line, thanking everyone by name and recognizing their specific contributions to an exceptional event. Everyone on the team walked off the stage a little taller after Meridith's encouragement.
