Those of you local to Derbyshire will recognise Crich Memorial on the left. The image on the right is taken from Chapel on the Hill in Kimberley (Nottinghamshire) looking towards Crich. These two places are separated by 12 miles (as the crow flies) and on a clear day you can see one from the other.. when I took these this week, neither where visible. Get to the point I hear you cry.. my point is this... On a perfect day you can see your target or goal clearly and it seems obvious where it is.. but we don't always have perfect days and its easy to lose sight of your objectives - that doesn't mean its gone, you have just placed yourself such that you cannot see the goal, or the environment have fogged your vision. Find the high ground in your leadership and lose the fog and you will always be able to see your target. #executivecoaching PS.
