And not just the metrics and reporting but providing insights! What’s causing: Absenteeism? eNPS? Turnover rates? How do you know training, really development here, is effective? What do you want people to know and be able to do? How will you know when they get there? And if they don’t? What is your measure of quality of hire? What is your average tenure per discipline (and why)? Promotion and progression rates, yes! Who is being promoted and why? What’s the written plan for this? Is equity of access to resources to develop reviewed? Such important metrics here, but knowing what lies beneath is the advisory area of BPs. 👍🏻
