It reduces the "cognitive clutter" that often occurs when switching tasks, leading to greater clarity and efficiency. Here's how you can use the strategy right now: ✅Pause Before Task Switching: Before moving from one task to another, take 30 seconds to pause and breathe deeply. ✅Reflect: Quickly assess what you completed in the prior task and set a clear intention for the next task. ✅Visualize Success: Spend a few seconds visualizing the successful outcome of the next task before beginning.
