So how does Leaf Space get a high SLA? Our sites-team performs 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. The software team 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 to keep the software up-to-date. When an antenna is down, three teams coordinate to identify and troubleshoot to get the antenna back online promptly. Congratulations Leaf Space . Getting to 99% is a good achievement. KSAT – Kongsberg Satellite Services "LITE" solution with 99.5% SLA and very often above 99.7% monthly delivery is proof that this sector is ever improving in reliability.

In my experience the Leaf Space team get onto any problems to help quickly (even when it isn't actually their problem), and they don't just approach it from an 'SLA' perspective...the team are all personally invested in making things work - a great attitude from a great company!
