Stop doing random shit and constantly switching exercises. Then only thing confused is you when you don’t see results. Instead, do the same thing for 6-8 weeks to get better at the skills with the same movements. It sounds boring af, but put your focus on improving the skill of the movement, increasing both reps and weights over time. This is the sure way to get results when you stay consistent and track your journey.
