Job Overview:
SUSWEN Water & Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (Field Sales) to join an expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving business growth for our range of specialty consumables and wastewater treatment services. This is a complete hybrid job within your allocated location.
This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and freshers who are passionate about sales and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients in industries such as apartment complexes, hospitals, hotels, dairies, poultry farms, and more within your allocated territory.
Sales Targets: There will be expected revenue generation once you are set with the environment.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Product Demonstrations: Present SUSWEN’s products and services effectively to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and competitor information to help refine the sales strategy.
Sales Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, tracking progress against achievements.
Required Skills:
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and influence clients. Capable of negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with a variety of clients across different industries.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
Self-Motivation: High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree (freshers are welcome to apply).
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Experience in field sales or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Location Flexibility: Willing to travel extensively within the assigned district and occasionally to nearby districts as required.
