🔍 What’s the difference between a certificate of completion vs. a certificate of competence? While a certificate of completion acknowledges that you’ve attended a course, a certificate of competence goes a step further. It signifies that you’ve completed the course but also mastered the skills and knowledge necessary to apply them effectively in the workplace. At MasterStart, we provide learners with certificates of competence, giving them the confidence to turn theory into action. This is more than just proof of participation—it reflects real-world skills that employers value. Explore more benefits to competency-based learning here 🔗 https://bit.ly/3B1QCqQ

Training. In today's age there is no excuse for not keeping up with modern practices, changing systems, new technology. This picture is just from the ASE webinars I've attended this year alone (missed a few but haven't gone back to watch the recording yet). On top of those are WTI webinars and a few paid courses plus manufacturer training. It's an investment in your career and profession. Never stop learning.
